GableTek is seeking up to three experienced FANUC Robot Programmers for an upcoming automation project in Marshall, Michigan. This project is scheduled to begin in mid-July and is expected to last approximately four weeks, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience programming, troubleshooting, and supporting FANUC robotic systems in manufacturing and automation environments.

Program, modify, and optimize FANUC robot applications

Troubleshoot robot, process, and production issues

Perform robot touch-ups, recoveries, and path modifications

Support system commissioning, startup, and production launch activities

Work closely with controls engineers, electricians, and manufacturing teams

Verify robot functionality, cycle times, and process quality

Document programming changes and project updates

Follow all customer and site safety requirements

Proven experience programming FANUC robots in an industrial environment

Experience with robot troubleshooting and production support

Ability to perform robot touch-ups and process adjustments

Experience with robotic cell commissioning and startup activities

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and process documentation

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Automotive manufacturing experience

Spot welding, MIG welding, material handling, assembly, or sealing applications

FANUC HandlingTool, SpotTool, ArcTool, or PaintTool experience

PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)

Vision system integration experience is a plus
