Warehouse Associate / Driver

MKD – Kitchen & Bath Distribution
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
Location: Michigan, Indiana, and Northern Ohio Service Area

What You’ll Do

Warehouse Operations

Unload trucks and handle kitchen, bath, and plumbing supplies
Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
Tag, label, and organize products in proper staging areas
Receive and record inventory in the warehouse management system
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Lift and move items ranging from 40–800 lbs (team lift support available)

Delivery Operations

Participate in daily delivery routes across Michigan, Indiana, and Northern Ohio
Deliver materials to MKD distribution centers and customer locations
Ensure all deliveries are complete, undamaged, and on time
Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and customers

Team Collaboration

Assist across departments as needed to support daily operations
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, safety, and mutual respect
Support additional tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager

Schedule & Expectations

Start Time: Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM (depending on route)
End Time: Varies by delivery volume and schedule
Overtime: Expected during peak periods
Probationary Period: 90 days
Attendance: Consistent reliability is essential

What We’re Looking For

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a full 8–10 hour shift
Lift 50+ lbs independently; participate in team lifts up to 800 lbs
Physically capable of performing labor in a fast-paced environment

Experience & Qualifications

Valid driver’s license (required)
Chauffeur’s license (required or willing to obtain)
CDL license (a strong plus)
Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking
Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience (preferred but not required)
