About the Position:
At Big Stone Therapies, you are part of a comprehensive health family that is rooted in our core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun. We are a growing company looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team in the community of Marshall, MN.

Job Title: Staff Occupational Therapist
Location: Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center
Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
Settings: This position is primarily based in an adult outpatient setting and offers a diverse, engaging caseload spanning upper extremity and hand therapy, neurological conditions, cognitive rehabilitation, and more. We welcome applicants with an interest in Hand Therapy, Splinting, and/or Lymphedema. At Big Stone Therapies, we're committed to your professional growth and provide financial support for specialty certification opportunities.

Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around. This position will work with an OTA and a team of OTs across the hospital campus.
