As a non-profit community hospital, Fitzgibbon Hospital is vital to the health and well-being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Medical Lab Technologist to join our Laboratory team. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.

Medical Technologist provides information for diagnosis and treatment by performing laboratory testing.

Hematology supervisor position.

Knowledge and skills in:

General Chemistry
Hematology
Bacteriology
Clinical Microscopy
Immunology

Shift:

Full-time (80 hours every two weeks)
Currently - 4 10 hour shifts that span into evening hours and rotation of weekend shifts. Can be flexible with hours.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Medical Technology
Certification/Licensure: MT (ASCP), CLS(ASCP) or equivalent

Our lab has eight lab technologists with over 255 years of combined experience. Our lab has been accredited by the College of American Pathologists for more than 20 years. We are staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

We offer state-of-the-art, in-house laboratory services including:

Hematology
Chemistry
Microbiology
Blood Bank
Pathology
Urinalysis
Immunology
Coagulation
