Earn $18.32/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential on 2nd Shift — Your future starts now!

Power Up Production: Operate cutting-edge manufacturing equipment to create top-tier pleated filters and filtration products that keep our customers coming back.
Be a Safety Hero: Lead the charge in safety by rigorously following all procedures and wearing your protective gear. Spot hazards before they happen and help create the safest workplace possible.
Deliver Flawless Quality: Own the quality of every product you touch — ensuring it meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
Handle with Care & Strength: Safely lift and move materials and finished goods using the right tools and techniques to keep the production line flowing smoothly.
Keep It Clean & Organized: Maintain a spotless, orderly workspace that fuels efficiency, safety, and pride in your work environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
Able to read, interpret and follow work instructions.
Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another as business needs warrant.
Outstanding teamwork – must be able to work successfully and effectively with others.
Effectively use and read a tape measure.
Technical Capacity required.
Working knowledge of computers is preferred.
Able to stand, sit and walk throughout an entire shift.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Able to use hand tools.
Able to work as a group and switch between jobs.
Able and willing to learn all jobs from start to finished product.
Able and willing to work a modified shift as needed.
Able and willing to work multiple shifts as needed.
Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Manufacturing experience preferred
