What You’ll Do
- Maintain residential and commercial properties
- Mow, trim, edge, and clean up landscapes
- Pull weeds, trim shrubs & brush/overgrowth
- Operate professional lawn care equipment safely
- Work efficiently while delivering high-quality results
- Represent Edwards Lawn Service professionally at every property

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to work each day
- Smartphone with mobile data
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate respectfully
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- 35–50 hours per week
- Primary season: April 15 – December 1
- Seasonal opportunities include leaf removal, snow removal, and holiday lighting
- Off-season (Dec 1 – March 15 varies year to year): work is lighter and depends on weather, but we still offer opportunities such as snow removal, equipment maintenance, cleanup projects, and other seasonal work when available
- Year-round positions available for top performers
Experience
Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, outdoor labor, or operating equipment is preferred, but motivated individuals with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
