About the position
We are looking for a full-time front desk team member that enjoys working in an exciting team environment while checking in clients at the front desk and providing support to our clinicians. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of medical office scheduling experience.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM; Friday 8:00AM - 12:00PM

A few job functions you can expect from this position:

Primary lead for checking in in-office and telehealth clients
Scheduling
Transferring calls to appropriate channels and notifying supervisor of client concerns
Assisting the records coordinator with medical records requests and pick up
Assisting the referral coordinator with new and established patient referrals
Communicating with doctor’s offices, lawyers, schools, and Case Workers for appointment information
Maintaining our waiting room appearance and sanitizing regularly throughout the day
Other duties designated by your Supervisor

Skills Needed:

Communication and Confidence- Our front desk administrative assistants are the first face clients and other staff members see when they walk in the door. Professional behavior and attention to clients, visitors, and staff members making sure they have a pleasant experience and get assistance with inquires they may have is a must. Sometimes this includes difficult conversations informing clients of attendance policy violations and taking payments.
Multi-tasking - Assist clients at front desk window while being the primary staff member to answer phone calls with assistance from other administrative staff. Assist other administrative staff with responding to our client text message system.
Problem-solving- Prioritize issues and tasks relating to check-in, the schedule and other job duties and address errors fast.
Computer Literacy- Ability to use our EHR system, texting system, multi-line phone system, and Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently.

We offer paid holidays (including the employee's birthday because we never miss an opportunity to celebrate you!), 2 weeks of time off per year and 401K matching. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour and a $2.00 per hour raise is granted following a positive 90-day review.
