Now Hiring: Experienced Line Cooks – The Bavarian Inn

The Bavarian Inn is a high-volume, fast-paced European-inspired kitchen known for quality, consistency, and elevated guest experiences. We’re actively seeking skilled and dependable Line Cooks to join our growing culinary team.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for individuals who can thrive in a busy, professional kitchen, handle pressure, and maintain focus and precision through service.

Requirements:

Full-time availability

Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Resume required — No walk-ins, please

Position Overview:

As a Line Cook, you’ll work closely with our Sous Chefs to execute consistent, high-quality dishes in a demanding environment. You must be prepared, organized, and committed to upholding our standards during every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute prep and service for a high-volume à la carte menu with accuracy and speed

Set up, maintain, and break down cook’s station efficiently

Follow presentation standards and portion control with consistency

Communicate clearly with chefs about product levels, timing, and challenges

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized station under pressure

Ensure all food handling and sanitation protocols are followed without exception

Label, date, and properly store all food items

Take pride in cleanliness, teamwork, and high-performance standards

You Must Have:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume à la carte kitchen

Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety

Ability to read and execute recipes precisely

Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure

A sense of urgency and attention to detail

Work Expectations:

Stand and move for long periods

Lift 50 lbs comfortably

Work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed

Be reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence

Job Types:

Full-time

Part-time

Apprenticeship (for candidates with solid foundational skills)

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
