Service Production Coordinator Skyline Harley-Davidson

Winchester, VA

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable holding people accountable?

Skyline Harley-Davidson is seeking a Service Production Coordinator whose primary responsibility is keeping our Service Department running on schedule.

This is not a traditional service advisor position. You will not be responsible for selling repairs or writing service tickets. Your job is to ensure motorcycles move through the shop efficiently, technicians stay productive, customers receive timely updates, and commitments are met.

If you enjoy organizing people, solving problems, and driving results, this may be the perfect opportunity.

What You'll Do

Manage the daily service schedule.
Monitor every motorcycle currently in the shop.
Track promised completion dates and identify delays before they become problems.
Work directly with technicians and service advisors to ensure work is progressing as scheduled.
Verify repair orders are properly updated throughout the day.
Ensure customers receive timely status updates.
Coordinate parts availability with the Parts Department.
Assist with technician dispatching and workload balancing.
Conduct daily production meetings.
Report schedule status and bottlenecks directly to dealership leadership.
Hold team members accountable for updating repair order status and meeting deadlines.

Fewer overdue repair orders.
Improved customer communication.
Increased technician productivity.
Reduced service backlog.
Improved Harley-Davidson CXI scores.
Customers receiving their motorcycles when promised.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to confidently communicate with technicians, advisors, managers, and customers.
Comfortable holding others accountable.
Excellent follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience in dealership service operations preferred.
Motorcycle industry experience is a plus but not required.
Automotive dealership, powersports dealership, dispatching, production management, or service scheduling experience preferred.

Compensation
