Non-CBA Position:
- Competitive compensation package of minimum $22.31 – Maximum $26.52
Benefits include:

Responsibilities:
Uses a variety of software programs and forms to accurately document allinjury, accident, and incident reports
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities.
Follow up with employees and other departments, as needed, to obtain incomplete or missing information.
Compiles data and generates reports.
Creates employee files, scans documents for electronic storage, and files hard copy documents.
Responds to queries for information and accesses relevant files.
Covers the Receptionist position during periods of absence.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Licensing and Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
Experience Required:
- Two (2) years of clerical work in an office setting.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Accurate data entry keystrokes with adequate speed.
Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.
Computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability toutilizeother departmental and Company software programs.
Must be able to multi-task, work effectively with interruptions, and meet or exceed production and quality goals.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information or issues.
Mustdemonstrateability to work in a team environment and willingness to assumeadditionalor new responsibilities readily.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
Travel requirement: Less than 5%.
Skills and Knowledge Preferred:
- Bilingual or multi-lingual skills.
