Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream flavors, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Assist customers at the register with friendly, efficient service, handling transactions accurately.
- Bake and decorate cookies, cakes, and other baked goods with attention to detail and creativity.
- Package food items securely for takeout or display, maintaining proper food handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Support high-volume food production during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks.
- Ensure all food preparation aligns with health standards and safety guidelines.

Requirements
- Passion in food production, baking, or pastry arts is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety management and proper food handling practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Passion for culinary arts with a focus on baked goods, ice cream and Italian ice making, and catering services.
