Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a professional and friendly environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and mail, with accuracy and promptness
Maintain appointment calendars and schedule meetings using calendar management tools
Perform data entry tasks, including filing, updating records, and managing databases with accuracy
Support office management duties such as supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, and organizing files
Use basic literacy skills to operate computers.
Assist with clerical duties like typing reports.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email
Support personal assistant tasks as needed to help executives or team members stay organized and on schedule

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations
Basic computer skills
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail for proofreading, data entry accuracy, and filing systems
Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills
Knowledge of office management procedures such as calendar management.
Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
