Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, focused, and motivated Line Cook / Station Cook to join our back-of-house team.

If you take pride in technique, organization, and consistency — and thrive in a high-standard kitchen environment — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and proper timing
Maintain strong mise en place and organized station setup
Follow direction from kitchen leadership with professionalism
Ensure every dish meets Fiori’s presentation and quality standards
Maintain strict food safety, labeling, storage, and sanitation practices
Keep your station clean, stocked, and service-ready at all times
Monitor inventory levels at your station and communicate needs before items run low
Ensure necessary food items are ordered or communicated for ordering before shortages occur
Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining composure and attention to detail
Support a collaborative kitchen culture through clear communication and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a line cook, station cook, or prep cook
Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen equipment and techniques
Ability to handle volume while maintaining quality
Dependable and punctual — consistently showing up 30 minutes to an hour late will not work in this environment
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Coachable, open to feedback, and driven to improve
A positive attitude and strong team mindset

We are not looking for someone who is just here for a paycheck.

We are looking for a long-term team member who takes ownership of their station and the kitchen as a whole — not someone who simply punches a clock and leaves.

You should:

Treat your station like it is your responsibility to protect and maintain
Never allow your station to run out of product
Ensure prep is complete, organized, and labeled properly
Communicate clearly when items need to be ordered or restocked
Leave your station cleaner and better than you found it
Care deeply about the quality of the food and the reputation of where you work

Professionalism is required.
This is not a casual kitchen environment. Frequent smoke breaks, chronic tardiness, showing up under the influence, or relying on drugs or alcohol to function will not be tolerated.

We want someone who truly cares about the place they work and shows up ready to perform — every shift.
