Revelance is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to serve as our Director of First Impressions. This part-time afternoon position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and creating a welcoming environment.
As the first person members, guests, and prospective customers see when they enter our space, you will play an important role in representing the Revelance brand. The right candidate will be naturally extroverted, approachable, professional, and ready to greet everyone with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist members, guests, and event attendees
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general questions
- Provide tours to prospective members and customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current members
- Assist with member needs and help create an exceptional customer experience
- Complete daily closing procedures and secure the building at the end of the day
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Perform light cleaning and reset shared spaces as needed
- Assist with light marketing, social media, and community outreach
- Help plan and coordinate internal events for members and the surrounding community
- Communicate important updates and follow up on member or guest requests
- Assist the Revelance team with other administrative and operational tasks as needed

- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and communication style
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with a variety of people
- Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Willing to assist with light cleaning and maintaining shared spaces
- Basic experience with email, social media, and common office technology
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, events, or office administration is preferred
Schedule
This is a part-time afternoon position with responsibility for closing the building. Some flexibility may be requested for member and community events. This position also requires the flexibility to work some weekends as needed for events.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
