Home Health - Full Time - Office Manager Assistant

Location: Mason, TX

Hill Country Preferred Senior Care

Responsibilities:

Available during the Agency’s operating hours. 8-5 with 1 hour lunch break
Main source for answering phones, taking messages and transferring to the appropriate staff
Uploads and Scanning assigned to you
Request MDV-Provider notes
Wound Pic uploads
Admit Packets-there should consistently be at least 20 packets ready & available. Report to OM when supplies are low.
Mail DC surveys monthly
Collect AOR forms and file in Binder. Keep list current and communicate with CM’s and DON on the status of the list.
