Part Time IT Technician I

Under the direction of the Information Technology Supervisor, assist in IT Dept. as needed.

Installs, maintains, and upgrades computer hardware, software, peripherals, software and other technology equipment.
Works independently and collaborates electronically in real or near real time with department staff.
Troubleshoots hardware/software problems for computers as well as peripherals and other equipment.
Provides excellent and efficient first-level technical support using the district help desk system.
27.5 hours/week
$19.13/hour
