We are seeking an energetic and motivated Internal Direct Sales Account Representative to join our team in Mason, Ohio. This position is responsible for managing and growing an established portfolio of active customer accounts. This is primarily an account management role with minimal cold calling and significant opportunity for growth and earnings through uncapped commission.

What You'll Do

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of active customer accounts.
Build strong customer relationships through phone, email, and digital communication.
Identify sales opportunities and recommend products based on customer needs.
Follow up on quotes, promotions, new product introductions, and customer inquiries.
Utilize Sage 100, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems to review account activity and identify opportunities.
Analyze sales trends, account performance, customer purchasing patterns, and sales reports to drive growth.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
Collaborate with customer service, operations, and other internal teams.
Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
Represent GeoCentral at select trade shows and industry events.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience.
Strong phone presence and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.
Ability to interpret and analyze sales and customer data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Experience with ERP systems; Sage 100 experience preferred.
Experience with CRM systems preferred.
Self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $40,000-$50,000

Commission:
