Position Requirements (The Must-Haves):

A/R Experience Required: Direct experience in Accounts Receivable or commercial collections. Basic, retail, or general customer service experience will not be considered.
High-Volume Call Comfort: Fully comfortable making and managing 30+ outbound collection calls per day.
Professional Problem-Solving: Ability to stay calm, professional, and clear when addressing overdue accounts and handling sensitive payment conversations.
Effective Communication: Comfortable talking through billing delays with clients and helping them find realistic solutions to bring their accounts current.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Making targeted, phone-heavy outbound calls daily to manage collection accounts.
Navigating professional payment negotiations and structuring payout plans over the phone.
Emailing customers regarding overdue accounts and debt recovery.
Assisting customers with immediate invoice and billing inquiries.
Entering customer payments and updating account statuses accurately.
Balancing daily office admin and invoice processing workflows.
