Do you love craft beer, creating memorable experiences, and leading great people? We're looking for an energetic and organized Events & Taproom Manager to oversee our taproom operations while growing our private events and community programming.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

What You'll Do

Lead the daily operations of our taproom, delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Plan, coordinate, and execute private events, community events, and brewery activities.
Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to generate new event opportunities.
Manage event inquiries from first contact through successful execution.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing taproom and events team.
Create staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels for events and daily operations.
Work closely with brewery leadership to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
Monitor labor and operating costs while helping drive revenue growth.
Support marketing efforts through social media, promotions, and community engagement.
Ensure compliance with all safety, liquor, and health regulations.

What We're Looking For

Previous management experience in hospitality, restaurants, breweries, bars, or event venues.
Experience planning events or coordinating private functions is a plus.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and occasional special events.
Valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 55 pounds (with heavier lifting requiring assistance), and working in a busy brewery environment that may include varying temperatures, moderate noise levels, and occasional evening or weekend events. Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
