The Principal is the primary agent for creating an environment that fosters Catholic faith formation, academic excellence, and community involvement.
The Principal is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members of the school community (faculty, staff, students, parents, and donors) and a climate that encourages the engagement of each student in the learning process. The Principal directs all phases of the schools operations including personnel matters, educational programming, budgeting, facilities operations, and the creation of a positive and supportive school culture. Applicants should be practicing Catholics fully committed to the doctrine of the Church. Applicants must also have teaching and/or administrative experience and a broad understanding of the needs of a wide range of grade levels within a Catholic school setting.
The individual must demonstrate adaptive leadership and good communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, staff, and parents. Anna Catholic SchoolSt. Anna Catholic School serves over 200 students. The school was founded in 1953 under the care of the Venerini Sisters. The campus includes the main classroom building (grades K-8), along with a separate facility for preschool and easy access to St.
Anna Parish Church. In addition to the Principal, staffing consists of 12 classroom teachers and 16 para professionals (full-time & part-time), including art, music, technology, and physical education.
