General Duties and Responsibilities

To support the vision, mission and guiding principles of the Company.

While performing any procedure, all associates must observe applicable Safety, Health, and Environmental rules and guidelines. The use of appropriate personal protective equipment is required.

Attend and participate in training opportunities and seminars relevant to this position.

Adhere to appropriate company operating procedures, benefit rules, employment, and safety policies/practices.

Internship Responsibilities

Support Event Management team with the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and association events.
Assist with vendor outreach, coordination, and cost research.
Process, track, and organize vendor invoices and related documentation.
Manage client gift sourcing and procurement.
Build, update, and maintain detailed, multi-day event schedules.
Coordinate logistics such as airport arrivals and departures and other attendee needs.
Assist with proposal development, marketing materials, and event planning documentation.
Provide onsite event support as directed, including addressing real-time operational needs.
Support office operations, including answering client and general calls.
Complete additional administrative and event-related projects as assigned.

Learning Objectives

Gain hands-on experience supporting onsite events in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Develop skills in managing complex, multi-day, multi-vendor event schedules.
Strengthen professional communication skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Learn vendor coordination, cost tracking, and event logistics management.
Understand the full event lifecycle, from initial client proposal through event execution and completion.
Build foundational skills in event planning, client service, teamwork, and administration.
