IT Summer Intern

Location: Brockton, MA, 02301

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Summer Intern to join our team in Brockton, MA. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology, including support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the IT team with daily technical support tasks and troubleshooting.
Help maintain and update hardware and software inventory.
Support network administration and monitor system performance.
Participate in the installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.
Document IT processes and procedures.
Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
Provide excellent customer service to end-users by addressing their technical issues promptly.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
