About us

FINAL TOUCH AUTO BODY in Hyannis, MA. We are a family operated business. Our knowledgeable staff has over 100 years of combined experience and is constantly training with updated technology to stay abreast of your vehicle manufacturer's current repair procedures. We utilize equipment and materials that restore your vehicle to its pre-accident condition. Our repair procedures are always completed as to maintain the integrity of your vehicle and retain any existing warranties. Our expertise allows us to repair all makes and models. We are well qualified to repair any vehicle on the road.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess damage to vehicles to determine repair costs
- Review vehicle repair estimates and negotiate with repair shops
- Analyze vehicle condition reports and photographs to determine pre-existing damage
- Research and evaluate vehicle values using industry resources
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, customers, and repair facilities regarding repairs and estimates
- Ensure accurate documentation of all appraisals and related information

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair, auto service management, vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, auto restoration, and automotive service
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately assess vehicle damage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software for estimating repairs and documenting appraisals
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
