LIFE, ACCIDENT, AND HEALTH INSURANCE PRODUCER

BayCoast Insurance LLC has a unique opportunity to join one of the most recognized and trusted local organizations in Southcoast MA and RI as a Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Producer.

In this role, you’ll help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most their health, wealth, and future. What You’ll Do:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within our community and through existing BayCoast client relationships, professional networks, and referral partners.
Meet with individuals and business owners to assess financial protection needs and recommend customized life, accident, disability, and health insurance solutions.
Present consultative proposals and clearly explain benefits, coverage options, and long-term value to clients.
Partner with BayCoast’s marketing and service teams to coordinate enrollment, underwriting, and policy servicing for clients.
Maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication, periodic coverage reviews, and continuous support that drives client loyalty and referrals.
Accurately track all activity and maintain detailed records of client interactions within CRM.
Consistently achieve sales and production goals established by the organization.

Qualifications:

Active MA or RI Life, Accident, and Health Producer license, or ability to obtain one promptly.
Prior experience in life, accident, and/or health insurance sales or a related financial services role (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused, empathetic approach.
Ability to explain complex insurance products in simple, relatable terms.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus
