- The Nurse Extern role is designed to provide expanded clinical experience for senior professional (RN) nursing students and to assist the Registered Nursing staff by performing patient care activities

Participates in patient care planning, implementation, observation, and evaluation, as well as reporting significant observations to a Registered Nurse.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited RN program, and upon completion of first clinical rotation.
