About the Company

Our client is a well-established, privately owned construction management firm with a strong reputation throughout New England. For more than two decades, they have successfully delivered high-quality residential and institutional projects, earning a significant amount of repeat business through long-term client relationships, collaborative project delivery, and a commitment to quality.

With an active pipeline of work across Greater Boston, the company specializes in complex multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, healthcare, and community-focused developments ranging from approximately $15M to $100M+. They are experiencing continued growth and are seeking an experienced Project Executive to help lead their expanding operations.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Project Executive will oversee multiple ground-up and renovation projects across the Greater Boston area, with a primary focus on multifamily residential and senior living developments.

This is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, mentoring project teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight for multiple concurrent multifamily and senior living developments
Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, and support staff across several active projects
Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
Review schedules, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and project risks to ensure successful delivery
Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, developers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
Partner with preconstruction teams during estimating, value engineering, budgeting, and contract negotiations
Conduct executive project reviews and provide guidance to resolve schedule, financial, and operational challenges
Champion a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Mentor and develop future construction leaders while supporting recruitment and succession planning
Assist with business development efforts, client presentations, and securing repeat work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
15+ years of commercial construction experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
Demonstrated success delivering ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or senior living projects
Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with combined values exceeding $75M
Strong understanding of construction management, scheduling, estimating, contract administration, and project controls
Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and construction financial reporting systems is preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $180,000–$200,000+
