Full Job Description

We are actively recruiting Master’s-level Social Work (MSW) and Mental Health Counseling (MHC) professionals to join our clinical team. This position is a hybrid operational model: 2 days of in-person clinical care at our brand new Waltham, MA location, with the remainder of your scheduling executed remotely.

We provide a highly structured, education-driven environment designed to transition recent graduates into fully licensed, confident practitioners.

⭐ THE CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK

Active Session Support: Direct accessibility to clinical leadership if a complex session requires immediate intervention or debriefing.

Integrated Training Curriculum: We maintain an internal Education Department that deploys a newly updated training curriculum every quarter. Through paid, 1-hour live modules woven directly into your schedule, you will master:

Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling.
