Milford Regional Physician Group, a division of UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks Urologist to join our growing team. Our competitive compensation and benefits package places us as your top choice in the region.

Key Highlights

Milford Regional Medical Center – well-regarded community hospital
Established and growing community-based practice with strong referral volume
General urology focus with exposure to men’s health, stone disease, women’s urologic care, and limited oncology
Collaborative team, supportive colleagues: 2 urologists and 2 PAs (no resident supervision)
High surgical volume: 900+ OR procedures in 2025 at Milford Regional
State-of-the-art ORs with three robotic systems
Dedicated surgical PA support and 24/7 hospital coverage
Robust surgical and clinical support infrastructure
Strong administrative, clinical, and operational support to ensure efficiency and work-life balance.
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
Comfortable with broad general urology scope
MD or DO degree and qualify for a Massachusetts license
Flexible and team-oriented approach to clinical and OR coverage
