Front Desk Receptionist: Full Time (40 hours)

Work Hours: Tuesdays-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm with an unpaid lunch hour. Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm

Job Description: Our growing practice is seeking an experienced, personable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer proficiency, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient service.

In this role, the Receptionist will be responsible for patient registration, accurate data entry, collection of co-payments, appointment scheduling, and managing incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner. This position requires the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a positive and courteous demeanor, and a consistent dedication to providing the highest level of customer service. Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to represent the practice with integrity and warmth are essential.

Dependability and consistent attendance are critical to success in this position. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in the daily operations of the practice. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality, regular attendance, and adherence to the scheduled work hours to ensure seamless patient care and office efficiency.

We are looking for a team-oriented individual who takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for every patient.
