Job Summary

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, where your energy and dedication will help create exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will be an essential part of our kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Whether you’re chopping vegetables, cooking signature dishes, or maintaining a clean and organized workspace, your contributions will directly impact our guests’ satisfaction. This position offers a vibrant environment for those passionate about food industry excellence and eager to develop their culinary skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist in the assembly of menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
Cook a variety of dishes with precision, including grilling, braising, poaching, and other cooking techniques
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support high-volume food production
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment
Support the culinary team with food handling, portioning, and plating to meet quality standards
Assist with dishwashing duties to ensure cleanliness of all kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures
Demonstrated skills in food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and knife skills
Experience with menu planning or culinary experience in fine dining settings is a plus
Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure
Strong understanding of food handling regulations and high-volume production processes
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning and growth in the culinary field
