Accounts Payable Clerk - Auto Dealership – Immediate Opening
$18–$22/hr based on experience + Benefits | Full-Time | Massillon, OH

We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team immediately.

If you’re looking for a full-time accounting role with a consistent schedule and a supportive office, this is a great opportunity to step into a well-run environment and get started quickly.

Ideal for candidates with Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or entry-level accounting experience. Auto Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Do

Process vendor invoices and payments
Match invoices to purchase orders
Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
Support the accounting team with daily tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and backing up other positions as needed.

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organization
Reliable and consistent work habits
Basic Excel skills (CDK experience is a plus, not required)
A team player who will assist other office employees as needed

What You’ll Get

$18–$22/hr based on experience
