Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate patient treatment plans, and ensure exceptional patient care experiences. Your leadership will drive practice efficiency, foster a welcoming environment, and support the clinical team in delivering top-tier dental services. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Duties

Manage the daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure smooth practice functioning
Oversee financial management tasks such as billing, coding, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards
Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, financing options, and scheduling follow-up appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and retention
Supervise administrative staff, providing training and guidance on medical office management, EMR/EHR system Dentrix, and customer service excellence
Ensure accurate maintenance of medical records, dental charts, and electronic health records (EHR systems), adhering to confidentiality policies and legal requirements
Monitor practice performance through data analysis, implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and patient care quality
Collaborate with clinical team members to uphold infection control standards, health regulation policies, and quality assurance protocols
Create and implement advertising campaign for full arch implant supported restoration
Respond to generated leads and schedule in office consultations
Close cases after treatment plan is created
Keep track and adjust advertising companies according to the results and ROI

Skills

Extensive experience in dental office management combined with strong dental administrative support skills
Proficiency in Dentrix for managing patient records efficiently
Proven fiscal management expertise including budgeting, financial reporting, billing procedures, and managed care processes
Supervising experience with healthcare staff management—training, evaluating performance, and fostering team collaboration
Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance, JCAHO standards, health policy guidelines, and utilization management
Exceptional managerial communication skills to lead teams effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical billing practices, and healthcare practice management software tools like Microsoft Office suite
