Compensation = base salary + uncapped commissions on candidates you place.

We’re looking to hire a recruiter due to rapid growth in client demand! We can provide the training needed to help the right people (without recruiting experience ) learn how to be excellent recruiters quickly.

We’re a 7 year old recruiting firm with a unique marketing alliance. This provides us with a competitive advantage to bring in high-level searches with prominent companies throughout the US! Our alliance is a valuable asset that provides an enormous competitive edge that benefits our recruiting team!

As a Hawkeye Search Group Recruiter, you’ll have an unusual opportunity to focus on high-level searches with top-caliber, innovative companies in the eCommerce, digital, and media spaces...with companies your candidates want to work at! This makes it much easier for you to take control of your career and dictate the placements and commissions you want.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Identify potential candidates through online resources, LinkedIn, networking, etc.

· Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities from sourcing all the way up to candidate offer negotiations

· Learn about different industries and positions to help you understand whether candidates fit client specs

· Build ongoing relationships with candidates for referrals and future business

· Connect with candidates, clients, and team members via phone and Zoom on a regular basis

Requirements for Recruiter position

2+ years of overall relevant work experience (in sales or recruiting a plus)
Excellent communication skills, “professional presence”, and integrity to quickly build trust and credibility with high-level candidates.
