Full Job Description

We understand that every patient and their oral health needs are unique and provide customized dental solutions to change patients’ lives. With unparalleled implant options, our team takes pride in helping our communities be healthier, feel better and smile with confidence.

This is not a typical Dental Office Manager position and requires a seasoned professional to navigate the daily operations. Previous multi-unit dental practice leadership experience would be invaluable as the office hours won't always be the hours for this role. The incumbent will lead a team of 20 in an intense, implant-focused, fee for service practice with many moving parts. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, strategic, committed Office Manager to lead our team and play an intricate role in our success by executing all areas of our practice at the highest level.

What you’ll do as an Office Manager:

Manage daily operations to exceed goals including scheduling, revenue optimization, expense control, and P&L responsibility
Deliver treatment plan presentations and effectively communicate recommended treatments to patients, helping them understand the importance of their oral health and moving forward with treatment
Partner with the Dentist(s) and Director of Operations to lead the team by developing a collaborative, positive environment to support each member’s success and development
Deliver a superior patient experience demonstrating compassion, responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs
Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely making sure nothing slips through the crack and things are done correctly

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare discipline preferred, but not required
Five (5) years’ experience as a Dental Office Manager with knowledge of dental practice operations, terminology, procedures, and insurance claims/billing, P&L responsibility
Ideal candidates will have multi-unit dental practice leadership experience
Highly effective in treatment plan presentations and gaining case acceptance
Effetive leadership style with the ability to set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and create a supportive culture inspiring the best out of others
Excellent time management and analytical skills with the ability to quickly resolve issues
Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, experience with Dentrix strongly preferred
Stable work history demonstrated on your resume
