As a full-time Sales Representative you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to develop professionally, earn uncapped commissions, and make an impact from day one.

How you’ll make an impact

Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on our energy-efficient home remodeling products and services.
Learn POWER’s proven sales process through ongoing training and coaching.
Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending personalized solutions.
Collaborate with teammates and mentors to continuously improve your sales approach.
Develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills that prepare you for long-term career growth.

How you’ll partner with others

Partner with experienced sales leaders who will coach and support your development.

You have these minimum qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

It would be helpful if you have:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
Bachelor's degree.
