Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic New Hotel AGM to lead and oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence. The AGM will be responsible for supervising teams, managing budgets, and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth and uphold the highest standards of hospitality management. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable to enhance guest relations and team communication across diverse populations. Duties

Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services to ensure seamless service delivery.
Supervise and manage hospitality teams, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to deliver memorable guest experiences that encourage repeat business.
Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial operations to maximize profitability.
Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to streamline booking processes and optimize occupancy rates.
Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth through effective pricing, promotions, and market analysis.
Lead human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Maintain strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system management.
Analyze operational data regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions aligned with hotel goals.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality standards are met across all hotel departments.

Qualifications

Proven experience in overseeing daily hotel operations within a hospitality environment; supervisory experience is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively while fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Extensive knowledge of hotel management practices, including revenue management, financial management, budgeting, and human resources.
Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems.
Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with the ability to motivate staff and communicate expectations clearly.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to enhance communication with diverse guests and team members.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service aligned with hotel guest service standards.
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong understanding of hotel guest relations protocols, property maintenance coordination, and safety procedures.
