Full Job Description

We are now accepting applications, interviewing, hiring/training potential applicants to join the Texas de Brazil team in Greenville, SC!

The Dishwasher position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking equipment, using machine and manual cleaning methods. Also, the Dishwasher must also keep the dish area clean, safe, and sanitary.

Setup or break down dishwashing area
Fill in where necessary in the Kitchen.
Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas
Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send them through the dish machine
Handle all dishes and glassware carefully to minimize breakage
Wash pot, pans, and trays by hand
Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
Monitor temperature on the dish machine to ensure it is cleaning and sanitizing correctly

-Manipular todos los platos y vasos con cuidado para minimizar las roturas.
-Lavar ollas, sartenes y bandejas a mano.
-Mantener el lavavajillas limpio e informar inmediatamente de cualquier problema funcional o mecánico.
-Controlar la temperatura del lavavajillas para garantizar que se limpie y desinfecte correctamente.
