Full Job Description

This 8‑week travel nursing contract places an LPN or RN in a skilled nursing facility near Milbank, Minnesota, providing high‑quality care to residents. The role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive partnership to help nurses make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, adhering to all state and federal regulations.
Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document care plans accurately within the EMR system.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized care strategies.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to promote resident safety and comfort.
Assist with patient activities and provide emotional support to residents during shifts.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Minnesota.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certifications, plus any required state‑specific licenses.
Minimum of one year recent experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting.
Ability to pass a full background check and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work a mixture of day, evening, and night shifts and physical ability to perform caregiving tasks.
