What It Takes

18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
A life insurance license — or the drive to get one (we'll guide you through it)
Strong communication skills and genuine care for people
Coachable, self-motivated, and hungry for more than a paycheck

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity — your income is tied directly to your production and consistency.
