Most social media jobs hand you an account someone else built and ask you to keep it running. This one is different. You'd be building ours almost from the ground up, at a practice with better raw material than most creators ever get to work with.

Promenade Dental Care is a woman-owned private practice in Fair Lawn, Bergen County. Dr. Furman is a Blue Diamond Invisalign provider, one of only about 16 in the entire United States. That means real smile transformations, satisfying before-and-afters, a photogenic office, and a team people like watching. The content is here. What's missing is someone to run it.

For the right person, that's a rare opportunity: take a channel that's barely started, own it end to end, and turn it into something that measurably brings new patients through the door. It's the kind of result you can point to for the rest of your career. You bring the skill. You can grow a following from scratch, shoot and edit video that stops the scroll, jump on a trend before it peaks, and tell the difference between reach that just looks good and reach that books appointments.

If that's you, let's talk.

We're hiring a part-time social media and content marketer, on-site at our Fair Lawn office, starting at about one day a week with room to grow to two as it takes off. You'll build our TikTok, cross-post the best of it to Instagram. We love our existing patients and you will run monthly promotional pushes and develop our referral program. Our team is happy to be on camera. Your job is behind it: direct them, pull natural footage out of people who aren't performers, and cut it into content that performs.

What you'll be doing:

Producing enough short-form video to post to TikTok every day, then cross-posting the content to Instagram Reels
Directing our doctor and team on camera, and turning that footage into content worth watching
Mixing trend-driven content with genuinely useful educational content, and jumping on trends while they're still climbing instead of after they peak
Growing our audience and reach, and measuring the real payoff: leads. Views and followers are the engine; phone calls, website form fills and appointments are how we keep score.
Planning and running a monthly in-practice marketing campaign (seasonal promotions, new-patient pushes, Invisalign features)
Building and running a patient referral program from scratch
Posting promotional content to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn as needed

What we're looking for:

A real track record growing an organic social account and turning that audience into customers or leads. You can point to specific accounts you've grown and results you drove.
You personally shoot and edit short-form video, and you can direct staff on camera, coaching people who aren't performers into footage you can use. This is hands-on production, not calendar management.
You live on TikTok and Instagram enough to know what's trending today, and you move fast.
You think like a marketer as well as a creator. You want the big numbers, and you can tie them back to a booked appointment.
Organized and self-directed. You'll largely run this on your own, so nothing can slip.
Dental experience is not required or expected. Marketing skill and content ability are what matter.

Backgrounds that translate well:

You don't need to come from healthcare. Strong candidates often come from:

Running organic social for a small business, restaurant, gym, salon, med spa, or local brand
Freelance or agency social media and content work
Creator or influencer work with a track record of real growth
Any marketing role where you owned social and were measured on results

$24–$32 per hour depending on experience
