We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our staff as a Legal Secretary. The individual must be a team player, have strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to multitask.

The job duties include:

Setting up case files and insurance claims.
Managing a client database.
Taking phone calls and messages for an attorney.
Setting appointments.
Corresponding with clients by email, mail or fax.
Must be experienced in Word, Excel and Outlook
Prepare, draft, and format legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
Manage attorney calendars, schedule depositions, client meetings, etc
Maintain and organize physical and digital case files in accordance with firm procedures
Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, medical providers, and other law firms

This is a full-time position~Monday-Friday. We offer a competitive starting wage and benefits that include health, dental & vision insurance after a 90-day probationary period. After one year, employees are eligible to participate in our 401k Plan and granted PTO~with other opportunities to make bonuses.
