Full Job Description

A rapidly expanding consumer packaged goods (CPG) producer in the food industry is seeking a strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, planning, and logistics operations.

This role will lead end-to-end supply chain management, ensuring operational efficiency, product availability, cost control, and scalable systems to support continued growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of building processes while managing day-to-day execution within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics operations across a multi-product portfolio.
Develop and manage demand forecasting and supply planning processes aligned with sales projections.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for raw materials, packaging, and freight services.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including carrier management and freight optimization.
Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize waste, shrinkage, and stockouts.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, traceability requirements, and industry standards.
Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and finance to align supply chain strategy with business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost savings, and scalability.
Develop SOPs and systems to support sustainable long-term growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years of supply chain leadership experience within CPG, food manufacturing, or beverage industries.
Strong knowledge of demand planning, production scheduling, procurement, and logistics management.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software.
Demonstrated ability to lead in a growth-stage manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
