Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Revit and AutoCAD Draft Designer to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating precise, comprehensive architectural and engineering drawings that bring visionary projects to life. Your expertise will help streamline the design process, ensuring accuracy and clarity across all phases of construction and system design. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing cutting-edge CAD software to shape the built environment with energy and precision.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed 2D and 3D drafting drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other CAD software to support architectural, mechanical, and structural projects.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts into technical schematics and construction documents.
Prepare accurate schematics, system layouts, interior designs, mechanical components, and graphic representations for construction or manufacturing purposes.
Review drawings for compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
Utilize Bluebeam for markup review and document management to facilitate seamless communication among project stakeholders.
Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project files in accordance with company standards.

Skills

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
Strong understanding of CAD drafting principles across various disciplines including architecture, mechanical design, interior design, and system layout.
Experience with construction documentation processes from schematic design through detailed drawings.
Ability to interpret technical schematics and create accurate system designs for diverse applications such as building systems or mechanical components.
Knowledge of graphic design principles combined with technical drafting skills to produce clear visual representations.
Familiarity with 2D animation techniques for presentation purposes is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
