PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The scope of his/her responsibilities is to assist with posting journal entries, budget preparation, revisions, and bank reconciliations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate or GED and business school
Competent in Mathematics
Experience with personal computers
Cooperative and dependable
College hours in accounting preferred

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Input budgets and amendments via on line computer system.
- Assist in maintaining a filing system of financial documents.
- Assist with posting investment transactions and preparing reports.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and receipts.
- Assist in posting all journal entries for finance department.
- Assist with opening and distributing mail.
- Assist with preparation of budget documents.
- Be able to communicate with staff regarding deficiencies in their purchase orders or payment authorizations.
- Reconciles monthly tax collections reports.
- Performs all duties in a safe manner to avoid injury to oneself and/or to others.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
