Our services include facility maintenance, locksmith services, construction, roofing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and property improvement projects.
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to help drive growth, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and expand our presence throughout Texas.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that generate new business opportunities and strengthen our market presence. This position requires a creative and results-driven professional with experience in digital marketing, lead generation, social media management, and commercial service marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns. Manage company websites and online presence. Oversee Google Business Profiles and local SEO efforts. Create and manage Google Ads and Local Services Ads campaigns. Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Create engaging content including videos, photos, graphics, and promotional materials. Track marketing performance and ROI through analytics and reporting. Generate commercial leads from property management companies, facility managers, general contractors, and corporate clients. Coordinate branding initiatives across all company divisions. Manage online reviews and reputation management efforts. Create email marketing campaigns and customer retention programs. Assist with proposal packages, presentations, and sales materials.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience. Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation. Experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Knowledge of SEO and local search optimization. Social media marketing experience. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in construction, maintenance, home services, or commercial service industries is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Google Ads Certification. Video editing experience. Website management experience. CRM experience. Photography and content creation skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
