Location: McAllen, TX (Hybrid)

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 + Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Position Overview

A global electronics trading company is seeking a Japanese-English Bilingual Supply Chain Manager to play a key role in launching and developing its new supply chain operation in McAllen, Texas.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain professional who enjoys building processes, improving operations, and taking ownership. Candidates with Supervisor or Team Lead experience who are ready to step into a management role are also encouraged to apply.

Initially, you will work independently to establish operations, with the opportunity to build and lead a larger team as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and customer service.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and the headquarters in Japan.
Establish and improve operational workflows to support new business and optimize Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
Utilize ERP systems to support daily operations and adapt to future system implementations.
Develop efficient operational procedures and implement best practices.
Build and lead the supply chain organization as the U.S. operation grows.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Perform other related projects and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Distribution, Logistics, or related operations
Experience using ERP systems in daily operations
Experience improving operational processes
Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Willingness to relocate to McAllen, TX (Relocation assistance available)

Preferred

Experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar leadership role
Experience working for a trading company, distributor, manufacturer, or procurement organization
Experience coordinating with logistics providers and 3PL warehouses
Experience handling high-volume inventory or multi-SKU operations

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $80,000–$110,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
