Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Retail Clerk, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service! In this relaxed but sometimes fast-paced environment, you will assist customers, manage transactions, and ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming atmosphere.

What you’ll do

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
Handle cash transactions responsibly and precisely.
Educate customers to promote products and enhance sales opportunities.
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked.
Conduct regular cleaning to keep the store presentable and inviting.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment with field crew members and office staff.
Assist with scheduling field crew routes and other light office tasks as needed.
Receive and organize deliveries to ensure effective distribution of materials.
Utilize effective phone & email etiquette to assist customers.
Must be available to work Saturdays (9-4), with all other hours flexible. No work required on Sundays.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Prior knowledge of hot tubs and maintenance is a plus, but not required.
Basic math skills is required for accurate transaction processing.
