Seasonal Property Service Technician
Hawk, Inc., a leader in custom home building and property services in McCall, Idaho, is seeking a skilled and reliable Seasonal Property Service Technician to support our property services division during the busy season. This position helps maintain, improve, and care for residential properties throughout the McCall area, ensuring each property is clean, functional, well-maintained, and ready for client use.
This is a seasonal position with the possible opportunity to continue into the winter season based on company needs, performance, and workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform seasonal maintenance, repairs, and property care tasks for residential homes.
- Assist with routine walkthrough inspections and property checks.
- Identify maintenance needs or potential property issues.
- Help prepare properties for owner visits, guest use, summer activity, and seasonal transitions.
- Perform exterior maintenance tasks, including:
- Landscape support
- Property cleanup
- Debris removal
- Pressure washing
- Deck and patio setup
- General property upkeep
- Assist with light repairs, including:
- Basic carpentry
- Fixture replacement
- Minor plumbing tasks
- General handyman work
- Support small property improvement projects and repairs as needed.
- Assist with winter preparation tasks, including:
- Weatherproofing
- Patio furniture storage
- Snow stake installation
- Roof and gutter checks
- Other seasonal property needs
- Respond to service requests professionally and in a timely manner.
- Work with subcontractors or specialized trades when needed.
- Maintain accurate notes of work performed, materials used, and job status.
- Provide professional and respectful service while working on high-end residential properties.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting wage: $25 per hour
- Seasonal position based in McCall, Idaho

Qualifications:
- Experience in property maintenance, construction, landscaping, repairs, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and general repair work is helpful.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete tasks independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to work in a variety of outdoor conditions.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work on your feet, and perform manual labor.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on high-end homes or residential properties.
- Experience with landscaping, irrigation, light carpentry, or general maintenance.
- Basic training or familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or equipment operation.
