While many assignments take place in family homes, our caregivers also have opportunities to support children in a variety of settings, including:

Corporate Events – Provide engaging childcare while parents attend conferences, meetings, trainings, or company events.

Weddings & Special Events – Create a fun, supervised space where children can play while families celebrate life's biggest moments.

Church Functions & Nursery Care – Care for infants and children during worship services, Bible studies, and church-sponsored events.

Community Programs – Support childcare at local organizations, recreation programs, festivals, and family-focused community events.

Business Childcare Partnerships – Provide backup or on-site childcare for businesses that partner with Jovie to support working families.
No matter the setting, you'll represent Jovie by delivering safe, reliable, and engaging care while creating positive experiences for children and their families.

This is required—our caregivers support families across the Pittsburgh area, and reliable transportation is essential to your success in this role.
Greater Pittsburgh Area, including but not limited to: Wexford, Allison Park, Fox Chapel, Sewickley, Squirrel Hill, Shadyside, North Side, Mount Lebanon, Oakland, Moon, Cranberry, Plum, Green Tree, Downtown, Irwin, Leechburg, Canonsburg, McDonald, Regent Square, Gibsonia, Valencia & more.

Pay is based on experience, availability, flexibility, and willingness to travel.

- What We’re Looking For
-
At least 18 years old
-
Minimum of 2 years childcare experience
-
Infant/toddler experience (preferred)
-
CPR certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Three childcare references
-
Daytime availability
-
Flexibility - ability to work irregular hours if needed.

ABA/Autism experience is a plus!

Comfortable working with multiple families AND multiple children within the home.
