HR Program Specialist I to support the daily operations of the HR Records & Retention team. This role is responsible for managing HR records requests and inquiries from employees, leadership, retirees, and legal partners while ensuring compliance with records retention policies. The specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders and records management vendor, Conduent, to provide timely, accurate, and efficient support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process HR records requests and inquiries from employees, leadership, legal teams, retirees, and other stakeholders.
Partner with HR leaders, cross-functional teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), Legal, and Conduent to fulfill records requests and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with HR Records Retention policies by supporting proper storage and management of records using ODM/DORS.
Promote awareness and understanding of records retention policies across the organization.
Utilize ServiceNow as the primary case management system to receive, track, and respond to records requests, employee inquiries, and escalated issues.
Support special projects, urgent business requests, and process improvements as needed.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information and HR documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service through accurate, professional, and timely communication.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.57 per hour
